The client’s factory in Hechi mainly uses well water as the production water source. However, they encountered a major water quality problem: after the raw water was pumped into the reservoir, obvious turbidity could be seen with the naked eye, and subsequent professional testing confirmed that the sulfide content and bacterial count in the water far exceeded the standard. This not only affected the normal operation of the factory but also brought hidden dangers to the health of employees, which forced them to seek a high-efficiency industrial water purification solution.
Sulfide, a highly toxic pollutant, poses serious threats to both human health and the environment. Long-term contact with water containing excessive sulfide can cause skin burns, irritation to the respiratory tract and eyes, and even lead to chronic diseases such as bronchitis and emphysema in severe cases. The client’s original ultrafiltration equipment was unable to effectively remove sulfide and bacteria, and it was difficult to meet the strict water quality requirements of industrial production, so they urgently needed a professional and efficient industrial water treatment solution with reverse osmosis technology.

Our Solution: Customized RO System + Ozone Disinfection, Comprehensive Purification

Based on the client’s actual needs and the characteristics of the polluted water quality, our team customized a targeted industrial water purification solution: adopting a 1 Ton/Hour reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment equipment, combined with an ozone generator and a scale removal system, to achieve deep purification of raw water and solve the problems of sulfide and bacteria exceeding standards at one time, which is a cost-effective water treatment solution for industrial enterprises.
The working principle of the solution is clear and efficient: the raw water in the original water pool is transported to the RO equipment, and the reverse osmosis membrane with high separation efficiency can effectively intercept sulfide, heavy metals, suspended solids and other pollutants in the water, realizing the deep filtration of water quality.
