Summary: Following the successful installation of the dosing system at Zhaiwei Tunnel, one of the key tunnels of the project, JUJIN Water Treatment, as a participating enterprise in the 28-billion-yuan Guangxi Beibu Gulf Water Resources Allocation Project, quickly moved to the next critical construction site and successfully completed the full installation and commissioning of the professional dosing system in Lingshan, Guangxi, China. This milestone achievement, coming right after the Zhaiwei Tunnel project, provides solid and reliable technical support for tunnel sewage treatment and high-standard water purification in Lingshan, effectively driving the overall progress of this key tunnel construction project.
After successfully finishing the dosing system installation at Zhaiwei Tunnel, JUJIN Water Treatment immediately shifted its focus to Lingshan. As another key construction hub of the project, Lingshan plays an irreplaceable core role in the project’s integrated water conveyance network.
At present, the Lingshan Tunnel is under intensive and orderly construction. Tunnel excavation generates a large volume of sewage with unstable chemical properties and high turbidity, which directly affects the construction progress of the project and poses a major challenge to long-term water quality safety. To address this key issue, JUJIN Water Treatment specially dispatched a team of senior professional engineers to the Lingshan site to carry out customized installation and precise commissioning of the dosing system, ensuring that the system can seamlessly adapt to the complex local construction environment and fully meet the project’s stringent water treatment standards.
The installation of a water treatment dosing system in tunnel construction primarily solves the problem of sewage disposal generated by tunnel excavation, ensuring project progress and water quality safety. Tunnel excavation produces sewage with high turbidity, unstable chemical properties and a large amount of suspended solids. The dosing system efficiently removes suspended impurities and reduces turbidity through precise dosing of flocculants, and adjusts the water pH value with acidic reagents, ensuring that the treated sewage meets environmental discharge or recycling standards and avoids polluting the surrounding aquatic ecosystem.


Untreated direct discharge of tunnel sewage may violate environmental regulations and result in construction suspension. The dosing system enables rapid sewage purification, preventing construction delays caused by water quality issues, reducing corrosion of construction equipment by sewage, and lowering equipment maintenance costs. The treated clean water can be recycled for tunnel construction maintenance, dust suppression and other processes, improving water resource utilization, reducing groundwater extraction, and complying with green construction requirements — especially suitable for environmental acceptance standards of large-scale water conservancy and transportation tunnel projects.
The dosing system realizes accurate and automatic reagent dosing. Compared with manual dosing, it not only reduces reagent waste and operation costs but also avoids manual operation errors, ensuring stable and controllable sewage treatment effects.
