30 TPH Ultra-Pure Water Integrated System Exported to Thailand | Meeting Extreme Water Demand in High-End Manufacturing with Advanced Water Purification Technology

Summary: As global water scarcity intensifies and industrial water standards continue to rise, high-tech sectors including electronics manufacturing, precision processing, and laboratories impose extremely strict requirements on the purity, stability, and safety of ultra-pure water. As the "lifeblood" of industrial production, high-quality ultra-pure water directly determines product quality, production efficiency, and scientific research precision.

Recently, a complete set of 30 TPH (tons per hour) industrial-grade ultra-pure water equipment has completed full installation and commissioning, ready for shipment to a factory in Thailand. Adopting an integrated process of UF + two-stage RO + EDI, it provides customers with a one-stop, high-standard water treatment solution, thoroughly solving the challenge of ultra-pure water supply in high-end production scenarios.

This 30-ton water treatment system for Thailand demonstrates outstanding professional advantages in design and configuration, featuring stable and reliable full-process operation and leading purification efficiency:

The raw water pumps adopt a duty-standby redundant design, effectively preventing production shutdowns caused by equipment failure and ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted water supply for the production line, greatly enhancing operational stability. Raw water first enters the precision filter to efficiently remove large particles such as sediment and rust, protecting core components downstream. It then flows into the ultrafiltration membrane assembly for advanced pretreatment. Equipped with a dedicated UF cleaning chemical tank, the cleaning system operates intelligently only when needed, ensuring filtration performance while significantly extending the service life of the membrane modules.

The pretreated water from ultrafiltration enters the first-stage and second-stage reverse osmosis systems in sequence. Each RO stage is equipped with dual high-pressure pumps in duty-standby mode for safer operation and easier maintenance. As the core process for deep desalination, reverse osmosis efficiently removes heavy metals, dissolved salts, bacteria, colloids, and other harmful substances. After two-stage RO treatment alone, water quality already far exceeds national drinking water standards, with exceptional purity and safety.

To meet the Thai customer’s extreme requirements for water quality, the system is specially equipped with an EDI ultra-purification module to further remove trace ions and impurities. The final effluent meets the strict industry standards for electronics factories, laboratories, and precision manufacturing. The entire process works in synergy to remove 99.99% of bacteria, inorganic salts, microorganisms, and various harmful pollutants, delivering stable, high-purity water that perfectly satisfies high-end production demands.
From pretreatment to deep purification, from redundant design to intelligent control, this 30-ton ultra-pure water system boasts core strengths including high purity, large capacity, high stability, low maintenance, and long service life. It is suitable for continuous large-scale factory production while meeting stringent water quality criteria. Upon delivery, it will provide reliable water treatment support for Thailand’s manufacturing industry.
