Customized Integrated Water Solution for Baise Wind Farm Project

Summary: As the global wind power industry develops rapidly, remote wind farm construction has become prevalent. However, harsh conditions and inconvenient transportation pose major challenges to on-site project departments’ daily water supply, fire safety, and sewage discharge. To address these pain points, our company developed a customized integrated water treatment system for the Baise Wind Farm, successfully meeting its core water needs and serving as a reliable benchmark for similar global projects.

Project Background & Core Requirements

The Baise Wind Farm, located remotely, requires daily water for staff and emergency supply. Its three core water system demands are: stable domestic water, enhanced fire protection, and up-to-standard sewage discharge. Given its remote location, the equipment needs high automation, stability, and adaptability to avoid maintenance difficulties.
Our team conducted in-depth on-site inspections, accounting for wind farm operational characteristics (small maintenance teams, temperature fluctuations, harsh conditions). We then customized an integrated system—domestic water purification, fire water supply, and sewage treatment equipment—fully compliant with the project’s needs and international standards.

Customized Solution & Equipment Configuration

To resolve the Baise Wind Farm’s water challenges, we designed targeted, stable, and automated equipment configurations tailored to its operational scenario.

1. Domestic Water Purification Equipment

Made of high-quality stainless steel (corrosion-resistant, non-toxic), it meets international standards for drinking and cleaning water. Configured with two centrifugal pumps (one for use, one standby) to ensure 24/7 continuous supply, plus two stainless steel tanks and a 10-ton daily capacity purification unit, fully meeting the project department’s needs.
The system integrates quartz sand, activated carbon, and precision filters to remove impurities, colloids, and odors. An ozone-ultraviolet dual disinfection system eliminates harmful microorganisms, ensuring safe water quality for staff.

2. Fire Water Supply Equipment

Considering the wind farm’s fire risks and limited emergency support, the equipment adopts a triple-guarantee system (main pump + pressure stabilizing pump + high-level water tank) and a “one for use, one standby” mode to ensure reliable emergency supply.
Equipped with an automatic control device, it quickly activates during fires, delivering continuous water to control flames and minimize losses, fully complying with international fire safety standards.

3. Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment

To meet environmental requirements, we configured compact, easy-to-install integrated sewage treatment equipment, effectively treating kitchen, washing, and other domestic sewage from the project department.
Treated sewage meets discharge standards, preventing pollution and aligning with global green development concepts—ideal for remote projects with underdeveloped sewage networks.

Core Advantages of the Whole Set of Equipment

Our customized solution has been highly recognized by the client, with key advantages for global wind power and industrial sectors:
High Customization: Tailor-made for the Baise Wind Farm’s needs, avoiding waste from ill-fitting standard equipment and ensuring seamless adaptation.
High Automation: Automatic control eliminates 24-hour manual duty, reducing maintenance costs and solving staffing shortages in remote areas.
Stable and Reliable: “One for use, one standby” design and multiple protections ensure continuous operation, avoiding project disruptions.
Wide Applicability: Suitable for wind farms, industrial bases, and other outdoor/remote scenarios, with strong versatility.

Project Significance & Future Outlook

The solution’s success at Baise Wind Farm resolved water and sewage challenges, improved staff conditions, ensured safe operation, and provided a mature template for global remote industrial projects.
Moving forward, we will focus on global new energy and industrial needs, leveraging professional technology to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly integrated water solutions, supporting sustainable industry development.
