Product Introduction
1T/H Deep Desalination and Deionization Ultra-Pure Water EDI.
The 1T/H EDI ultrapure water system is a high-purity water treatment unit integrating RO reverse osmosis and EDI electrodeionization technologies. It delivers a stable output of 1 ton of water per hour, designed specifically for small and medium-scale production, laboratories and similar applications, and is widely used in pharmaceuticals, electronics, biotechnology, chemicals and other industries with strict water quality requirements. The water produced by the system fully complies with international pharmacopoeia standards such as USP, EP and CP as well as electronic-grade water specifications, helping enterprises successfully pass GMP, FDA and other relevant certifications to meet global market demands.Equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system, the unit supports one-button start/stop, real-time water quality monitoring and fault alarms. IoT remote monitoring is available as an option to enable unattended operation and effectively reduce labor costs. Its modular stacked design features a small footprint, suitable for workshops, clean areas, laboratories and various spaces, with easy installation and commissioning. Core components including EDI modules and RO membranes undergo strict testing to ensure stable and reliable quality. The system comes with a 1-year warranty and lifetime technical support. Customized solutions can also be provided based on raw water quality and water use standards in different regions. Balancing high efficiency, environmental protection, stability and compliance, it is a cost-effective ultrapure water solution.

View MoreIntroduction to EDI Ultra-Pure Water EquipmentThe EDI ultra-pure water equipment is characterized by environmental friendliness, high efficiency and stability. It is widely used in industrial and scientific research scenarios where strict water quality standards are required.Core working principle:1.The anions and cations in the raw water are adsorbed by the resin, and then migrate to the corresponding anion and cation exchange membranes under the electric field driving force;2.The ions pass through the exchange membrane and enter the concentrated water chamber, and finally are discharged along with the concentrated water;3.Meanwhile, the electric field will cause water molecules to undergo electrolysis, generating H⁺ and OH⁻, continuously regenerating the resin and achieving a continuous cycle of ion adsorption - migration - resin regeneration, without the need to stop and add chemicals for regeneration.
