Codeline 80S Membrane Housings

The CodeLine™ 80S is a standardized series of fiberglass pressure vessels designed for continuous, long-term use as housings for reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, ultra-filtration and micro-filtration membranes. Any make of an eight-inch diameter spiral-wound membrane element can be easily accommodated in these vessels.

Codeline 80U Membrane Housings

The CodeLine 80U Fiberglass RO Pressure Vessel is designed for continuous, long term use as a housing for reverse osmosis membrane elements to desalt typical brackish waters at pressures up to 600 psi. Any make of eight-inch nominal diameter spiral-wound element is easily accommodated; the appropriate interfacing hardware for the element specified is furnished with the vessel.

Protec 8" Side Ported

The element interface hardware for the specified element is supplied with the vessel. The models have been designed to meet the standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section X. At an additional cost, vessels can be inspected during fabrication by an ASME Authorized Inspector and Code stamped. Models with a PSI of 75-600 purify typical brackish waters while models with a PSI of 1000-1200 purify typical seawater.

Pure Aqua’s membrane housings are the ideal solution for Reverse Osmosis and nanofiltration systems. They are available in FRP. The FRP housings or pressure vessels are manufactured by a Superior Filament Winding Technology using Computer Controlled Winding and Design Processes. The pressure vessels are available in 2.5” and 4” diameters with pressure ratings ranging of 300 psi or 1000psi. We stock large inventory of RO pressure vessels and spare parts.

Clack Pressure Mineral Tanks

Clack Mineral Tanks are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic liner with composite fiberglass filament winding over the liner. Clack's design provides a continuous seamless inner liner with a glass filled polypropylene inlet for higher strength and pressure capabilities.

Clack Retention Tanks

Clack's retention tanks are convenient Inlet/Outlet piping connection at the top of the tank managing 360° degree drain orientation.

Like the 24" round tank, the 30" tank is molded of high density polyethylene for exceptional stress and crack resistant properties. These tanks are ideal for industrial and commercial use and the 30" tank feature heavy wall thickness for increased durability.

Clack Water Softener Brine Tanks

Clack's 18 inch blow molded round brine tanks offer a refreshing look in the residential and light commercial brine tank field. Durable materials and the latest in plastic processing technology provide trouble-free performance. Ultraviolet inhibitors (UVI) are now standard in all tanks except black, which has a natural resistance to the sun's rays. Three different sizes are available for up to 450 lbs. of salt capacity.
