Danfoss APP 0.6-1.0

APP 0.6, APP 0.8 and APP1.0 pumps are designed to supply low viscosity and corrosive fluids under high pressure, eg in seawater reverse osmosis filtration applications and for high-pressure salt water pumping. The pumps are based on the axial piston principle enabling a very light and compact design. The design ensures that lubrication of the moving parts in the pumps is provided by the fluid itself. No oil lubrication is thus required.

    Danfoss APP 0.6-1.0
All parts included in the pumps are designed to provide long service life, ie long service life with a constantly high efficiency and minimum of service required.

The pumps are fixed displacement pumps in which the flow is proportional to the number of revolutions of the input shaft and the pump displacement, regardless of any counter-pressure.

The pumps are supplied with an integrated flushing valve that allows the salt water to flow from inlet to the outlet, when the pump is not running.

CAT Belt Drive Pumps

Cat Pumps offers a range of belt-driven pumps from 0.13 GPM up to 240 GPM. Belt-drive is a very popular option because of the flow flexibility given within pulley ratios. Using a belt-drive isolates the pump from the heat and vibration of the motor or engine driving the pump. The belt also isolates shock from an engine or motor on start up, which can put excess wear on the crankshaft and drive end components. Belt-drive pumps give the flexibility of changing pump flow by a simple pulley change.

CAT Gearbox Pumps

Cat Pumps gearbox pumps are direct-drive high-pressure pumps that can be easily mounted on standard gas or diesel engines up to 24 horsepower. The gearbox drive has a 2 to 1 ratio allowing the pump to run at half the speed of the engine. This configuration provides a compact assembly without running the pump at high engine RPM. The gearbox is completely sealed, offering protection against rain, dust, and humidity. Cat Pumps gearbox pumps are #1 in commercial-duty pressure washers due to superior product life and ability to perform well in continuous duty use.
